Sagoti Vade




Sagoti means Malvani Chicken Curry
Vade means Vade made of various flour

Sagoti Ingredient - 
* Chicken                - 500 gr
* Onion                   - 4
* Coconut               - 1/2
* Ginger                 - 1 inch
* Garlic                  - 15 cloves
* Oil                       - 2 tbs
* Malvani Masala - 1 tbs
* Garam Masala   - 1/2 tbs

Vade Ingredint -
* Rice flour           - 1/2 kg
* Wheat flour        - 50 grm
* Jawar flour        - 50 grm
* Pulse Dal          - 25 grm
* Gram Dal          - 25 grm
* Coriander          - 5 grm
* Anissed             -  5grm
* Fenugreek       - 2 grm
* Black Pepper   - 10 cloves
* Dalchini         - 1 inch

Making of Sagoti -
* Wash chicken well.
* Apply ginger - garlic paste to chicken
* Apply Malvani Masala to chiken and keep the mixer for about 30 min.
* Heat the grinded coconut and slices of onion .After cooling the coconut &
onion grind it to fine mixer.
* In a pan take about 2 tbs and heat it well
* Add the mixer of chicken and heat on low flame for 10 min.
* After 10 min add the coconut and onion grinded mixer
* Add Chicken Masala (gram masala) 1/2 tbs.
* Keep on low flame for 15 min
* Add salt accourding to taste
* Serve hot.

Making of Vade - 
* Grind all the ingredint mention above
* Take the  flour of all ingredint and mix it with hot water ,add salt as per taste.
* Mix the mixer and make it a dough using hot water.
* Keep the dough aside for about 1 hour.
* Make sure the dough is smooth form
* Press the smoth dough and give it shape of Vade 
* Deep fry Vade in hot oil.
* Serve hot.
